A Tennessee native, I am easy to get along with...and even though the accent is gone, the "Southern Hospitality" in me is alive and well. Living on 7.5 acres with my wife of 35 years (Dee), the country life and all that goes with it brings peace on a daily basis. The time in life has come that I look forward to visits from my two adult children of whom I am mightily proud. My daughter made us grandparents for the very first time and I have to say, this grandparent thing is all that it's cracked up to be plus some - very exciting!
Pretty much anything to do with athletics or being outside is an interest of mine with particular note to golf, water sports, snow skiing, a little biking or time with our horses - if it's outside it's bound to be good!
If you can believe it, I truly enjoy yard work. In fact, one of my absolute favorite things is "putzing" around the property with some of my best days being spent on the tractor running about our little mini farm. Great pleasure is taken just simply doing projects around our home.
Served 12 years as treasurer for Idaho Falls Youth Hockey, assist Habitat for Humanity, I give a portion of each real estate commission to The Childrens Miracle Network as well as KW Cares. I am a past President of the Idaho Falls Board of Realtors, 2 time Realtor of the Year (which is quite an honor) and am now in my 17th year of serving on the Professional Standards Committee for our local Board of Realtors.
There is no teacher like experience!! At this point, I've assisted over 4,000 families with their real estate needs with those who work with me being comforted with the knowledge that all of the details will be closely managed with a caring eye. My clients receive the benefit of this vast array of experience as we seek to stay out in front of issues or even better yet, avoid them entirely.
